Server-side wallet calls

@moose/provider-sdk's ProviderClient handles session verification and BET/WIN/ROLLBACK submission, with HMAC signing and idempotent retry built in.

Browser lifecycle bridge

@moose/game-client-sdk's GameBridge reports your game's lifecycle (loaded, bet start/end, balance exhausted, exit) to the operator's embedding page, and BehaviorReporter posts bot-detection signals directly to the platform.
